Diet and Exercise Plans

As well as offering free advice, we have the specialist knowledge and expertise to design and monitor your own personal diet and exercise plan.  

All the packages we offer can be tailored to your own personal goals and will consist of a personal programme and regular monitoring of progress throughout. You can ask for as much help as you like throughout the programme via telephone, e mail or one to one chat.  Our 8 week plans consist of the following services

8 week diet and exercise programme aimed at women looking to lose weight effectively and safely.  Designed to fit in with your lifestyle as some of us have busy lives to lead


2. Mass building program for beginner bodybuilders

Learn how to develop mass quickly through effective eating and training. Dont waste time trying to copy the pro's routines. Time is precious so use yours effectively to get results

3. Eating for sport 

Hard physical work requires correct nutrition. As an exercise physiologist for 12 years i know the role of diet in sport is often overlooked. Eat correctly from day 1 and see how your performance, body and well being change.
